Metro Self Storage - West Haven, CT

This project consisted of three new buildings totaling approximately 18,650 Sqft. Not your average installation as each building had multiple floor and roof elevation changes. Included one 4,000 sqft building with 12 different floor heights. Waikato supplied and installed the metal buildings, pedestrian doors and Janus roll up doors.

Completed earlier in 2012:

21,000 sq/ft (228 Units) build-out of a Janus corridor system on the 2nd floor of the existing Metro Self Storage property in West Haven CT.

Also included:

   
• Fabricated and installed 70’ of Guardrail

   
• Installed 13 Fire cabinets and extinguishers

   
• Installed duct work for an HVAC unit and dehumidifier

   
• Installed low voltage switches to control existing fluorescent corridor lighting via a 30 minute timer
